时隔九年，特朗普访华再次游览天坛公园。但是他肯定不知道，往西走2公里，那里才是真实的中国。
近几周，位于北京永定门西街甲一号的上访胡同每天来此提交申冤材料的访民持续在五千人次的峰值水平。
随着中国经济下滑，法治缺失对社会公平带来的破坏愈发严重，越来越多的访民顶着风雨昼夜排队的场景令人心酸。

In recent weeks, the reception center of the National Public Complaints and Proposals Administration on Yongdingmen West Street in Beijing has been receiving roughly 5,000 visitors a day, all there to submit grievance materials. As China's economic downturn deepens, the absence of the rule of law is taking an ever-greater toll on any sense of social fairness.
